Group Therapy
Our group therapy programs are designed to promote connection, personal growth, and shared healing. Led by psychologists and clinical psychologists, each group offers a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore common challenges, gain fresh perspectives, and build resilience through collective experiences. Every program is carefully tailored to incorporate a unique balance of psychoeducation with emotional support, and practical skill development. By engaging in this therapeutic community, clients not only enhance their wellbeing but also connect with others who are navigating similar journeys.
Cognitive Assessments
Commencing July 2025
Our cognitive assessment services are due to commence in July 2025 and will offer a comprehensive, science-based approach to evaluating cognitive, emotional, and behavioural functioning. We will be providing professional clinical assessments for ADHD, Autism Spectrum, and Learning Disorders, tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Conducted by experienced clinicians, these assessments utilise evidence-based tools to evaluate areas such as attention, memory, learning, and emotional wellbeing. Through detailed feedback and recommendations, clients gain valuable insights into their strengths and challenges, empowering them to make informed decisions and access the appropriate support for personal, educational, or professional growth.
