Our group therapy programs provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to connect and grow alongside others with shared experiences. Each program is thoughtfully crafted by our experienced team of in-house therapists to address specific challenges and goals. With intimate group sizes of 4 to 10 participants, sessions foster meaningful interactions and personal insight. Programs typically run for 4 to 6 weeks, meeting weekly for 2-hour sessions in the evening, making them accessible for those with busy schedules.

This group focuses on learning core DBT skills, including mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. This group provides skills in effectively managing intense emotions, interpersonal problems, and impulsive behaviour.
Trauma Psycho-Education and Skills
This resilience-focused group aims to support individuals who have experienced trauma. It focuses on understanding human trauma responses and developing coping skills including grounding, nervous system regulation, exposure, nightmare rescripting and post-traumatic growth.
Grief and Loss Group
Developed for individuals experiencing bereavement, this group provides a space for people to understand, accept and move forward with their grief. This group provides a supportive, validating and empathetic environment, which fosters collective healing.
