Jamie is a warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist who tailors therapy to the individual needs and goals of her clients. She is known for providing a safe therapeutic space that balances evidence-based strategies with validation and empathy. This helps her clients to feel safe and understood, yet empowered to make and sustain change.

Jamie has a diverse range of clinical experience, including working with adolescents, adults and families across out-patient, private practice, school, and hospital settings. In addition to her clinical work, she has a strong research background and has published research articles in several areas, including psychological treatment for insomnia. Recently, Jamie worked at NSW Health providing specialist assessment and treatment services to Headspace centres, and Northside Clinic St Leonards delivering group therapy to adults experiencing eating disorders.
