Zoe offers a warm and collaborative therapeutic experience. She brings a unique blend of authenticity, compassion and humour to her practice as she works alongside clients to assist them in gaining self-awareness and making the changes needed to foster an authentic and meaningful life.

As an LGBTQIA+ friendly professional, Zoe is dedicated to providing inclusive and affirming support to individuals from all walks of life. With a passion for helping clients navigate their unique paths, Zoe is committed to promoting wellbeing and empowering her clients to lead fulfilling lives.

Treatment Approaches

Zoe offers a flexible, compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy. She works with her clients to determine the most suitable approach in achieving their goals, drawing on her training in the following evidence-based modalities:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
  • Motivational Interviewing

Presenting Problems

Zoe supports adults and adolescents 17 years and older. She currently works with the following presenting concerns:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety disorders, including health anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, and specific phobias
  • Trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Emotional dysregulation issues
  • Gender dysphoria
  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • Body image concerns
  • Stress management
  • Interpersonal difficulties

Qualifications and experience

B.Arts (Psychology Hons), M.Clin.Psych
AHPRA Registration No. PSY0002477201

Zoe completed her Honours degree in psychology at The University of Sydney, winning the Dick Thompson Prize for her work exploring the effects of Hoarding Disorder on family members. She then completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney. During her clinical training, Zoe gained experience in delivering individual and group therapy at St Vincent’s Uspace, a private inpatient hospital, and at The Gender Centre. Zoe also has several years experience working as a psychology researcher in the area of psycho-oncology.
