Cassandra is a warm, authentic and collaborative therapist who tailors her treatment approach to meet the individual needs of her clients. She seeks to provide an open, safe and encouraging space for clients to process and explore their difficulties, and works alongside them to develop strategies to improve their psychological wellbeing.

Cassandra is available for appointments on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Presenting issues

Cassandra has experience working with families, young people and adults across a range of mental health concerns and has a special interest in adolescent mental health, eating disorders and perinatal mental health.

Cassandra offers appointments for adults, adolescents, and families across a range of concerns including:

  • Perinatal Mental Health
  • Unrelenting Standards and Perfectionism
  • Stress and worry
  • Emotion regulation and interpersonal difficulties

Treatment approaches

Cassandra has received training in and utilises a number of evidence-based psychological therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Family-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Member of the Australian Psychological Society

Associate Member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association

Cassandra completed her Master of Clinical Psychology degree at the University of Technology Sydney. Further to her studies she has clinical experience gleaned through her work with children, adolescents, families and adults across a variety of mental health settings, including both in-patient and out-patient services, as well as a university clinic.
