Gavin is a warm, authentic, and non-judgmental clinician who delivers individualised evidence-based therapy. Gavin creates a safe space for clients to explore the context of their difficulties, empowering them to make meaningful life changes and progress towards their goals. Gavin values the collaborative process and the balance between structure and flexibility within sessions.

Treatment Approaches

Gavin adopts an eclectic treatment approach, tailoring evidence-based therapies to each individual’s need. He has been trained in and utilised:

  • Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
  • Mindfulness-integrated CBT (MiCBT)
  • Motivational interviewing

BPsych (Hons), MPsych (Clin)
Associate Member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association
Registered Psychologist with AHPRA (PSY0002395565)

Gavin completed his Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney. He has clinical experience working with a range of presentations across settings including an outpatient chronic pain program, a Mindfulness-integrated research clinic and supporting clients in private practice.
