  • Eating disorders and eating problems
  • Emotional instability
  • Self-harm and addictive behaviours
  • Borderline Personality Disorder
  • Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
  • Worry, anxiety, panic attacks, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
  • Trauma

Bianca is passionate about her work with clients and dedicates herself fully to getting to the root causes of the client’s issues and identifying each individual’s best path to healing and resolution. Bianca helps her clients gain insight into the root causes of their difficulties and guides them through the process of making positive, long-standing changes and transformation.

The therapy work with Bianca is always very practical, focused on teaching new skills and methods for dealing with one’s emotions and for changing negative thinking and behaviour patterns. At the same time, Bianca’s work involves powerful processes for releasing and healing emotions in order to overcome emotional burdens, in combination with techniques for guided introspection to gain breakthrough insights and access new perspectives. Through these therapy processes, clients are able to learn how to change problematic and self-defeating behaviour patterns and grow into a more healthy, happy, productive, and balanced person – to become their best self.

Bianca’s ultimate goal with each client is to help them develop greater self-acceptance and understanding, become empowered, inspired, and in control of their life, and find authentic happiness.

Bianca has undertaken specialised training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and other mindfulness-based psychological approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. Bianca’s strong interest and commitment to meditation and other innovative modalities, such as Emotional Freedom Techniques, Positive Psychology, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy, informs and enhances her psychological approach.
