Gabi’s work is firmly grounded in the belief that health is not simply the absence of illness and life is not meant to be experienced in a frequent state of suffering and pain. As such, she aims to help you work through any psychological processes that may be keeping you from living well. Overall, Gabi strives to make the therapeutic space health enhancing and thus enabling personal growth, happiness and well-being.

 Gabi’s relates in warm and caring way. She combines her therapeutic skills with sound clinical reasoning and knowledge in order to help her clients achieve their mental health goals.

 Gabi supports clients experiencing a wide range of issues, with particular experience in addressing:

 Gabi has specialised training in Intensive Short-term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Gabi also has significant experience developing and delivering psychological programs in a group format and has spent some time caring for refugees and asylum seekers detained in Nauru. She is also currently a medical student. This additional training has given her a perspective into the biological aspects of mental health.
